Really ‘Thrilled’ with Flash Mob Rehearsal…

So last night went to see half of my flash mob ladies perform in rehearsal – and they did a grand job.

I am very happy with the way that this is all shaping up although, as mentioned, there are so many things that can go wrong on the day.. am I wrong to be enjoying that?

It’s a complicated little story that I am trying to convey and hopefully will mark World Cancer Day 4th February (Eastbourne) in the right way!

Coffee Post is not mine but I suspect Peter…

Dear All – I can see that some of you enjoyed the post re coffee but it was not mine and I suspect that whoever did it forgot to sign in first. I think it may have been Peter but not 100% although Cirencester sound right…

My coffee making equipment includes a coffee grinder but it is more of an infuser. Wouldn’t mind an expresso machine – anyone?

My Coffee habit

As I partial to decent coffee as well as good Tea, I invested a few years ago in a commercial grinder and an espresso machine (Italian of course). I buy my beans from an artisan Roastery “Rave Coffee” in Cirencester. I can now recreate in my own home the very best espresso, latte, cappos and flat whites. The brewing equipment wasn’t cheap but it has paid for itself now. The most important component in the chain, after the beans, the grinder. You will always achieve better results with the best grinder you can afford and a cheaper espresso machine. A good place to start is “Bella Barista” who stock a great range of equipment and they also roast their own beans. Enjoy👍🏻

Have you got a crocodile in your basement?

Sometimes, headlines and stories are so ludicrous and, even then, fail to ask the obvious question. Like this one from yesterdays paper…

If the man was suspected of keeping guns he would supposedly be some sort of gangster or hit man?

I would have thought that an examination of the Crocodiles stomach contents may have proven worthwhile and may even have cleared up some missing persons cases…
